Our main carrier is GLS, which we have chosen for its level of professionalism, experience and care for our customers. We currently work with 24-48h* working day deliveries in the peninsula and 48/72h* in the Balearic Islands.

If you have placed your order before 2:00 p.m., peninsular time, it will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day. As soon as your order is placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, so you can always know where your order is. You will also receive information from GLS where you can use a link to give instructions to the carrier about receiving your order (time, etc.)

If you wish to change the shipping address, you must notify us immediately after placing the order by emailing artistikbluworld@gmail.com . If the shipment has already been sent to the address indicated, it will not be possible to change the delivery address. In this case, we will not be responsible, but the customer must contact the transport company.

On special dates such as Christmas, delivery times may be increased, although we always work to ensure that they are delivered as quickly as possible and we trust in the effectiveness of our transport agency GLS in these cases.

How much are the shipping costs?

Spain (Peninsula): The shipping price is €4.50. 

Balearic Islands: €9.00

Rest of Europe and international: please consult the purchase form

KAOTIKA will not be responsible for customs costs required by the customs agency of the destination country. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to assume this cost if it occurs.

Delivery times depend largely on the carrier. It depends on their schedules, delivery routes and delivery location. Don't worry, you will be informed of everything by email.

The shipping company makes 2 attempts to deliver the package to the recipient's home. If the recipient is not at home during any of these delivery attempts, the package is deposited in a Parcel Shop where it can be collected within a period of up to 10 days. If it has not been collected after this time, the package will be returned to KAOTIKA.

If this were the case, that your order is returned and due to the courier costs that KAOTIKA must assume until it arrives at our premises, the purchase will be refunded, deducting the return costs, except those detailed in our Refund Policy (defective and/or damaged product).
